The hotel surprised me with a cozy bedroom with a balcony embracing both the beach and lake, but the rooms were much smaller than expected. The service was a mix - demanding extra charges for slight delays but going the extra mile to get us a taxi on a challenging day. The location was very good with lovely surroundings, despite not being calm and cozy. The dining experience was average with limited options during peak times.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although spacious and facing the pine trees in front of the beach, were not as clean as I would have liked. The service, unfortunately, was not accommodating and even demanded an extra charge for a 1-hour delay from their early check-out time. On the positive side, the location was ideal, right across from the beach, and the staff were really gentle. The dining experience was not great, and the facilities were just average.
